Norman left ICI in 1991 to form PHL with only 10 operators. The company continues to grow and now employs over 100 local people.
Peter Davison. Managing Director
Peter has been with the company since 2001, he has over 30 years’ experience of Managing on Construction, Shutdown & Maintenance projects across the country
Malcolm Bain. Contracts Manager
Malcolm joined PHL in 2002 bringing a wealth of expertise & experience; Malcolm is responsible for Management of the Shutdown & Maintenance Teams & is our primary ‘On-Site’ contact with clients.
Daryl Davison. Business Manager
Daryl joined PHL in 2008 from the construction industry. He also has a vital working knowledge of our Materials Handling Teams as he started his career with PHL working on the shop floor.
Aaron Davison. Off Sites Manager
Aaron joined PHL in 2007. With over 10 year’s experience he now covers Management of teams working outside the Teesside area. Aaron gained his IOSH Certificate in 2017.
Mick Hebner. Safety Supervisor
Mick joined PHL in 2002 with more than 5 years experience working on plant overhauls across various chemical sites in Teesside. He is the company HSE Co-ordinator having gained his NEBOSH in 2009.
Pauline Watson. Payroll Manager
Pauline joined PHL in March 2006 and Manages Company administration and finance. Pauline has an excellent working relationship with all our clients and enjoys working with them on a daily basis. Providing costings, preparing and submitting tenders etc. Pauline is always happy to help in any way she can.
June Dickenson. Admin
Joining the company in 2006, June takes care of payroll and HR administration. June enjoys working within the family business and is always a friendly voice at the end of the telephone.
Karen Malcolm. Compliance Manager
Joining the team in 2015 with more than 10 years’ experience, Karen ensures all H&S, Quality and HR activities comply with ISO Standards and Rules & Regulations upheld by Portrack Handling Ltd.
